First non-reference NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 cards from Colorful and ASUS surface with estimated prices. Official details arrive September 1.
The first non-reference NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 graphics cards have appeared on Taobao's website, including Colorful's RTX 3090 Vulcan-X OC and ASUS' ROG STRIX RTX 3090 OC.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИFour models have been revealed: three from Colorful and one from ASUS. Colorful's lineup includes the GeForce RTX 3090 Neptune D, GeForce RTX 3090 Vulcan X, and RTX 3090 Vulcan-X OC. The ASUS variant seems to be a future top-tier ROG STRIX product, carrying the Taiwanese manufacturer's typical name: GeForce RTX 3090 OC Gaming.
Unfortunately, the only models with prices listed are the Vulcan-X OC and ROG STRIX OC Gaming. These also appear to be placeholder prices — typically set until NVIDIA and its partners announce official pricing — and are likely far from actual retail costs. So don't be alarmed:
The Colorful GeForce RTX 3090 Vulcan-X OC is priced at 16,999 Chinese yuan, roughly $2,400, and the ASUS ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 3090 OC Gaming is listed at 18,999 Chinese yuan, which translates to $2,700.
We won't have to wait long for more pricing details on NVIDIA's new graphics card lineup. The "green" giant is set to unveil its cutting-edge GeForce RTX 3000 graphics cards on September 1.
