About us

UmTale Lab is an independent Ukrainian blog about hardware, run by two authors: Kostiantyn Laskin and Serhii Antifieiev. There is no newsroom or publisher behind it — we write about what we test and know ourselves.

We test and overclock hardware of every generation, from retro CPUs and graphics cards to modern builds, run neural networks locally, set up PlayStation 3 emulators and write honestly about games and their localization.

All benchmark results in our articles come from our own hardware. When a piece uses someone else's data, we cite the source. Spotted a mistake? Write to us and we'll fix it.
