The first real photos of NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3090 "Founders Edition" have appeared online, revealing its massive size and formidable cooling system.
Yesterday, the first full photos of NVIDIA's upcoming flagship graphics card, the GeForce RTX 3090 in its reference "Founders Edition" design, appeared online. Twitter user GarnetSunset posted the following on their account:

Despite the lack of identifying marks on the card itself, the photos confirm this is indeed the GeForce RTX 3090 "Founders Edition". Early leaks were accurate: the graphics card features a massive, triple-slot cooling system with two fans positioned on opposite sides of the board.
For a clearer comparison, the photographer placed a last-generation RTX 2080 next to the GeForce RTX 3090. Just look at the size of the freshly baked RTX 3090 "Founders Edition"! It seems NVIDIA has never released such monstrous reference designs before!
Apparently, the rumors about the GeForce RTX 3090's significant power draw weren't exaggerating. However, this shouldn't come as a surprise, as 24 gigabytes of ultra-fast GDDR6X video memory and a large GPU with 5248 stream processors simply can't be power-efficient.
