UPDATED METRO EXODUS FOR PC RELEASEd on MAY 6; SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS PUBLISHED

4A Games has published the release date for the improved version of Metro Exodus, and also talked about what components will be needed to launch the updated project.

If earlier in the minimum system requirements graphics cards of the level of GeForce GTX 670/GeForce GTX 1050/AMD Radeon HD 7870 were installed, then to run the new version of Metro Exodus, you will need an expensive (at the moment) GeForce RTX 2060.

The recommended requirements have also changed: the GTX 1070 is replaced by the much more powerful RTX 2070 / RX 6800 XT. By the way, most likely, the increased requirements for AMD video cards can be explained by the cooperation of the 4A Games studio with NVIDIA. However, whether the advantage of the green cards over the red ones is real, we will find out only after the release of the improved version of Metro Exodus.

From May 6, the shooter will support DLSS 2.0 technology, in addition, the owners of the original game will also have the opportunity to transfer old saves to the new version of Exodus.
