Splave sets 10-core record with Intel Core i9-10900X processor


After a short absence, American overclocker Splave returned to the competitive scene with an extremely serious and impressive record.

Armed with his favorite motherboard ASRock X299 OC Formula (LGA 2066), the enthusiast overclocked the Intel Core i9-10900X chip to 5990 MHz and won the first two places; in the current rank of the processor of the same name and among any CPUs containing 10 cores:

The result was 3390 points:

In addition to the motherboard used, the American overclocker indicated only the Enermax Maxtytan 1250W power supply unit and the Thermal Grizzly Kryo LHE. The rest of the components of the record holder’s test setup were left behind the scenes.
