Brazilian overclocker Rbuass overclocked the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 video card up to 2340 MHz on the chip (+ 62.50% to the base frequency) and 1320 MHz on the GDDR6X memory (effective 21120 MHz, + 11.11% to the stock frequencies) and got a gold medal in the 3DMark – Fire Strike Ultra discipline:

In addition to first place in the ranks of the fresh GeForce RTX 3080 video card, the enthusiast also took second place among any single-processor graphics adapters.

Together with the GALAX RTX 3080 model (SG) video card, the Intel Core i9-10900K central processor overclocked to 6300 MHz and the top ASUS ROG MAXIMUS XII APEX motherboard were on the test setup.
