Just a few days ago, we covered the latest rumors surrounding a PC version of Bloodborne. But, as we mentioned then, new details about From Software's critically acclaimed title seem to surface almost constantly. Today, for instance, we learned which studio is handling the remaster. Even better, they're not just bringing Bloodborne to PC.

According to the PC Gaming Inquisition channel, Bluepoint Games is developing the Bloodborne remaster, with QLOC assisting. QLOC previously proved its mettle by delivering Dark Souls Remastered in 2018.

Here are some details about Bloodborne Remastered:

The game will feature enhanced textures, improved models, optimized loading times, and general performance upgrades. Plus, the remaster will target 4K resolution at 60 frames per second.

And believe it or not, the good news doesn't stop there! Beyond the Bloodborne remaster, Bluepoint Games is also developing a Demon's Souls remake, slated for an official reveal during the PlayStation 5 event.

The ever-reliable Wario64 hinted on his Twitter account that the Demon's Souls remake will launch as a PS5 exclusive, but will eventually make its way to PC.

It's important to emphasize the 'remake' designation for this new Demon's Souls edition. This means we're looking at the same core game, but with completely new models, lighting, and likely a different engine. Since From Software originally developed the game, it's plausible the remake could leverage the Dark Souls 3 engine, or even a more advanced one like Elden Ring's.

However, there's also a chance it could be an in-house Bluepoint Games engine developed specifically for the Demon's Souls remake – though that last option seems highly unlikely.

If you can't wait that long, you can always fire up a PS3 emulator and play the original Demon's Souls right now! Our site features a detailed guide on setting up the emulator for a smooth Demon's Souls experience, along with instructions for installing a patch to unlock the 30 FPS cap.
