Austrian overclocker noizemaker pushed a Ryzen 5 3600XT to 5,698 MHz using liquid nitrogen, taking the gold in Geekbench 3.

Overclocker NoMS smashed four records with the AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT and one in the overall six-core CPU category. The chip hit 5750 MHz, cooled by liquid nitrogen.

Noted overclocker Kolby_Powers has posted the first AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT record on HWBot. Using liquid cooling, the CPU hit 4625 MHz and 1879 points in Cinebench R15.

AMD's new Ryzen XT (3600XT, 3800XT, 3900XT) processors demonstrate higher frequency potential, breaking the 6GHz barrier when overclocked and outperforming their predecessors by 200-300MHz.

Benchmarks reveal that the AMD Ryzen 5 3600XT delivers similar gaming performance to the more affordable Intel Core i5-10400. However, AMD's AM4 platform remains the better value for PC builds right now.

AMD's new Ryzen 3000 XT ("Matisse Refresh") chips are only about 5% faster than the "X" series they replace, launching at the same price point but without bundled coolers.

AMD has launched its Ryzen 3000XT (Matisse Refresh) CPUs with a minor boost in max clock speeds. However, base clocks remain unchanged, and these new chips don't include a stock cooler.

The AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT has been tested in Ashes of the Singularity. AMD's new XT processors are launching soon, with support for existing motherboards.

AMD is preparing an update to its Ryzen 3000 lineup, dubbed Matisse Refresh. Releasing in July, these new CPUs will retain their core configurations but boost clock speeds significantly, potentially reaching 4800 MHz.
