Just yesterday we wrote about the fact that the Radeon RX 5600 XT can get a 6GB memory capacity that is not standard for AMD and an even more non-standard 192-bit memory bus. And today new information leaks have hit us, but now about the RX 5300M mobile video card with similar characteristics.

We owe these rumors to notebookcheck.net, where the first tests of the Radeon RX 5300M have already been posted.

Let’s start with the fact that the same 192-bit memory bus is attributed to future novelty, but its volume will be halved and amount to 3GB. The configuration of the Radeon RX 5300M chip will include 1408 stream processors operating at 1445MHz.

Also, the Pro version of the 5300M card will appear in the AMD assortment. Its configuration will change slightly. Instead of 1408 stream processors, 1208 will remain, but the amount of video memory will increase to 4GB and the bus will expand to 256-bit.

Colleagues from notebookcheck.net conducted several tests using an unknown laptop in which the RX 5300M graphics card was installed, the processor was a Ryzen 7 3750H:

In 3DMark Firestrike, the Radeon RX 5300M scored 19% higher than the GTX 1650 Max-Q and outperforms the regular GTX 1650 by 8%. In the older 3DMark 11 AMD Radeon RX 5300M was able to outperform the standard GTX 1650 by 8% and about 24% GTX 1650 Max-Q.
