Swedish overclocker Rauf celebrates Galax HOF decade with record on two RTX 2080 Ti

The GALAX GeForce RTX 2080 Ti HOF OC Lab Edition is one of the most beautiful and technologically advanced graphics cards ever made. While its aesthetics are debatable, its technical prowess is much harder to argue against.

Its PCB was designed for professional overclockers, PC enthusiasts, and even regular users. The only real deterrent for the latter is its $2,100 price tag.

But Swedish overclocker Rauf didn't hold back and grabbed two GALAX GeForce RTX 2080 Ti HOF OC Lab Edition cards.

Using liquid nitrogen for cooling, the enthusiast pushed the cards to 2655 MHz on the GPU and 16600 MHz for GDDR6 memory.

With a score of 36112 "marks," Rauf secured first place in 3DMark - Time Spy for dual GeForce RTX 2080 Ti cards and topped the global leaderboard for any dual-GPU setup.

The graphics cards were paired with an ultra-expensive, powerful Intel Xeon W-3175X (LGA3647) processor. This was installed on an equally pricey ASUS ROG Dominus Extreme motherboard, all powered by a 2-kilowatt Super Flower 8 Pack Edition PSU.

The CPU was also liquid nitrogen-cooled and overclocked to 5700 MHz.
