Yesterday's leaks about a new non-reference graphics card design from XFX turned out to be true. Today, our Chinese counterparts got their hands on these graphics cards and conducted a small photoshoot:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИWhat we have here is the XFX Radeon RX 5700 XT Double Dissipation.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe new graphics card is extremely massive. Its cooling system occupies at least three expansion slots and features two, presumably 100mm, fans.

⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe back of the graphics card features a backplate with cutouts across its entire surface. It's unclear if this backplate directly contacts the PCB, which leaves its contribution to the graphics card's cooling performance in question. After all, as we've seen with cards like the Sapphire RX 470/480, a backplate isn't always a beneficial feature and can even worsen cooling for the rear of the board.
These new cards are expected to go on sale in late August, with pricing and clock speeds remaining unknown for now.
