PS Plus subscribers get free The Last of Us Remastered and MLB The Show 19 in October

If you're a PlayStation 4 owner with a PS Plus subscription, you can currently snag Batman: Arkham Knight and Darksiders III for free. Sony isn't stopping there, though; they've already announced October's free games in the ongoing battle for your wallet.

The first title is the legendary The Last of Us Remastered, with the second being the region-specific baseball sim MLB The Show 19. While the latter might seem like an odd choice, getting The Last of Us for free is undeniably compelling.

All that's left is to congratulate PlayStation 4 owners. Just make sure you've got your October subscription active to snag Naughty Dog's masterpiece.
