
Mass Effect Legendary Edition is getting a hefty day one update, clocking in at nearly 12GB, which promises to improve performance, stability, and lighting.
The long-awaited "Mass Effect Legendary Edition" remaster went gold less than a month ago and is set to release on May 14. Typically, games receive a small patch with minor fixes at launch. However, according to Orbispatches.com, the game will receive a substantial, nearly 12 GB update on its very first day!
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThis information pertains to the PlayStation platform; however, it's highly probable that other platforms will receive a similar update. Patch 1.01 itself will include the following fixes and improvements:
Improved performance;
Enhanced stability and crash fixes;
Better Ambient Occlusion (AO);
Lighting improvements – better quality and performance;
Other minor fixes.
Mass Effect Legendary Edition launches on May 14 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Additionally, players will be able to enjoy the game on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S through backward compatibility.
