
Guerrilla Games has released patch 1.02 for the PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn, addressing crashes and other issues. More updates are on the way.
Horizon Zero Dawn developer Guerrilla Games has finally released a long-awaited patch addressing the game's frustrating desktop crashes. Patch 1.02 also aims to resolve several other outstanding issues and slightly improve Horizon Zero Dawn's overall performance:
Fixed an issue where some players couldn't disable V-Sync in borderless fullscreen mode;
Addressed an error causing facial animation desynchronization for some players when the framerate was locked at 30 frames per second;
Reduced memory usage during shader streaming;
Improved autosave performance (e.g., when completing a quest step);
⤢ ВІДКРИТИHowever, this patch doesn't resolve all current in-game issues. Guerrilla Games plans to release several more updates in the near future to address the remaining flaws in the acclaimed project.
