Early leaks hint at GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 specs (Ampere architecture). VideoCardz remains skeptical, but NVIDIA's official announcement is expected at GTC 2020.
Today, VideoCardz published some incredibly interesting — albeit highly improbable — technical specifications for NVIDIA's upcoming 30-series graphics cards:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe VideoCardz team itself is openly skeptical of this rumor, so take it with a huge grain of salt.
Back on January 17, information about two Ampere-based GPUs — the GA103 and GA104 — surfaced on Twitter via user KittyCorgi:

According to these rumors, the GA103 will feature 3840 stream processors, while the GA104 will have 3072. These are likely the GeForce RTX 3080 and RTX 3070, respectively. If the leaks prove true, the first card should come with a 320-bit bus and 20GB of VRAM, while the second will feature a 256-bit bus and 16GB.
Again, treat this information with caution. We don't have long to wait for NVIDIA's official announcement of its new graphics card lineup. NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang will most likely unveil the GeForce 30-series cards at the GPU Technology Conference 2020, kicking off on March 22.
