Taiwanese overclocker Toppc shattered the DDR4 overclocking world record, hitting 6016 MHz with a single G.SKILL Trident Z Royal stick powered by Hynix chips.
The 6 GHz barrier for DDR4 has been officially shattered! A new world record for memory frequency across all types was set today.
Taiwanese overclocker Toppc snatched the crown from previous record holder Kovan Yang, pushing a single G.SKILL Trident Z Royal stick (G.Skill 8192 MB, P/N: F4-4800C19-8GTRSB) to 3008.4 MHz (an effective frequency of 6016 MHz).
