Blizzard responds to Warcraft III Reforged criticism
Blizzard apologizes for Warcraft III Reforged, promises fixes and refunds, and addresses fan criticism.
During its Q4 2019 financial report, Blizzard apologized for the game's state and stated that the team is actively working to resolve its many issues.

Blizzard also announced that users unsatisfied with their Warcraft III Reforged purchase are now eligible for refunds.
Additionally, Blizzard President J. Allen Brack offered a brief and surprisingly frank response to the harsh fan criticism:
Our community has come to expect truly amazing things from us, and we've now heard from them that we fell short of that bar. That's why we'll continue to improve the game and keep the community informed about our future plans.
