Overclocker bigblock990 has shattered Splave's Core i3 7350K record, pushing the chip to an impressive 6783 MHz and scoring 771 points in Cinebench R15.
Just a few weeks ago, we reported that Splave had set a new record in the Core i3 7350K model leaderboard. He achieved an impressive 768 points, pushing the chip to 6733 MHz.
As I mentioned in a previous article, Splave can't afford to get complacent. Case in point: his aforementioned record was broken today.
Now, a fellow overclocker, bigblock990, has managed to dethrone Splave and establish a new Core i3 7350K record in Cinebench R15:

⤢ ВІДКРИТИTo achieve this, the enthusiast pushed the processor to an incredible 6783 MHz, resulting in a final score of 771 points!
The CPU was cooled with liquid nitrogen and mounted on the recently incredibly popular ASRock Z170m OC Formula motherboard. The rest of the setup included an unspecified 16GB of DDR4 memory, a graphics card, storage, and a power supply. (Always appreciate it when all components are listed!)
It's entirely possible that Splave has a few unreleased scores up his sleeve for just such an occasion. If that's the case, we likely won't have to wait long for him to unleash them.
