AMD is reportedly readying updated Ryzen 5000 (Vermeer) CPUs featuring a B2 stepping, rumored to add an XT suffix and reach up to 5000 MHz.
According to highly reliable insider Patrick Schur, AMD is currently working on a refresh for its previously released Ryzen 5000 “Vermeer” chips. Rumors suggest the red giant is preparing updates for both 16-core and 6-core models. The 16-core variant is expected to feature a 3.4 GHz base clock and a 5.0 GHz boost, while the 6-core model will offer speeds between 3.7 and 4.6 GHz.

It's currently unclear how AMD will brand these new processors, but it's highly probable the refreshed models will carry the "XT" suffix, retaining their original designations. This suggests we could see Ryzen 9 5950XT and Ryzen 5 5600XT chips in the near future.
Previous rumors suggested AMD was planning an improved Zen 3 architecture, Zen 3+ (Warhol), for the AM4 socket. However, it now seems these claims will remain just rumors.
