New rumors about the AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT suggest it will come with 6GB of GDDR6, outperform the GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, and be 30% faster than the RX 5500 XT.
Our colleagues at VideoCardz recently shared some valuable information regarding the specs and performance of AMD's upcoming Radeon RX 5600 XT graphics card on their Twitter.
New rumors suggest the RX 5600 XT won't use any existing GPUs. Instead, it'll feature an entirely new chip designed specifically for the RX 5600 series. Additionally, there are whispers of 1920 stream processors, though we should approach these with caution as there's no solid confirmation yet.
VideoCardz published the leaked specifications on their Twitter:

As we previously speculated, the graphics card will indeed feature a somewhat unusual 192-bit memory bus for AMD. The 6GB of GDDR6 VRAM points to this. The post also indicates a memory clock speed of 12 GHz.
The folks at VideoCardz also speculated that the RX 5600 XT's GPU could be either Navi 21 or Navi 10 LE. However, as mentioned, no precise details are available yet.
An engineering sample of the RX 5600 XT, featuring an average clock speed of around 1600 MHz, was benchmarked in 3DMark:

RX 5600 XT Fire Strike Ultra - 4738 points in graphics test, 4672 total score
RX 5600 XT Fire Strike Ultra - 4756 points in graphics test, 4688 total score
Compared to the existing Radeon RX 5500 XT, the RX 5600 XT is about 30% faster. This positions it competitively against higher-tier graphics cards like the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti or Radeon RX Vega 56.
With all these details, the final piece of the puzzle is the Radeon RX 5600 XT's pricing. Ultimately, its market success will hinge entirely on that.
