Recent leaks had pinned AMD's Navi 12 GPU for the budget segment. However, fresh rumors now suggest the chip will power the Radeon RX 5800 series.
Right now, we don't even know Navi 12's stream processor count. However, its memory bus suggests it won't be a flagship solution. It remains unclear whether enthusiasts and high-end gamers should expect a top-tier product based on the first RDNA architecture iteration with HBM2 memory.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИAs for Navi 14, not much has changed. Like before, it's rumored to target the sub-$200 budget segment. However, its anticipated specs have been slightly adjusted: we're now hearing about a 128-bit bus and GDDR6 memory.
If this information proves true, we can expect highly efficient and compact graphics cards delivering performance similar to the 200-watt RX 580/590.
