Thanks to YouTuber RetroRaconteur (14.3K subscribers), we've learned that Hogwarts Legacy's level design was reportedly inspired by acclaimed titles like Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Ghost of Tsushima, and The Last of Us Part 2. The source also revealed that the game's open world will feature several large regions and cities, populated by unique, well-developed, and lively NPCs.

Apparently, the game's core mechanics will revolve around hostile camps and dungeons that players will need to clear out. However, beyond direct combat, Hogwarts Legacy will also heavily emphasize stealth for navigating certain sections of its locations.
