Rumors suggest AMD's upcoming flagship Navi 21 XT GPU will feature a 2400 MHz clock speed and a 255W TGP, pushing total board power past 320W.
Yesterday, several specs for AMD's Navi 21 XT "Big Navi" GPU leaked online. Early reports suggest this chip will power the flagship Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card.
According to insider Patrick Schur, the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT will feature the Navi 21 XT "Big Navi" GPU, boasting a massive 2400 MHz game clock, 16 GB of GDDR6 memory, and a 255W TGP.

That's not a typo: we're talking about TGP. In other words, the GPU alone on AMD's upcoming flagship will draw up to 255W. This means the total board power (TBP) could easily exceed 320W once you factor in the 16 GB of high-speed GDDR6 memory and other components.
That's a massive power draw, especially since AMD's card is expected to compete with NVIDIA's GeForce RTX 3070, which has a TBP of just 220W.
