PassMark Software tweeted that a private build of MemTest86 9.1 Pro is already testing DDR5 (PC5-19200) memory. The stable version is expected by late 2021.
PassMark Software's Twitter account posted a screenshot of the latest closed build 9.1 Pro of MemTest86. This benchmark, which also functions as a stress test, explicitly showed a module of the new DDR5 standard undergoing testing.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИAccording to the post, the memory was operating at PC5-19200 specifications, equivalent to a 4800 MHz clock speed. It's worth noting that this is the lowest frequency for DDR5 memory, according to the official JEDEC standard.

PassMark Software acquired the MemTest benchmark in 2013. Since then, its development team has significantly expanded the RAM test's functionality, adding features like UEFI support.
Right now, there's no detailed information about build 9.1 Pro or its exact release date. However, it's highly probable that a stable version of MemTest86 with DDR5 support will launch before the end of 2021.
