
Patch 1.03 for Horizon Zero Dawn PC addresses crashes, memory leaks, and enables snow deformation. Guerrilla Games is nearly done with the fixes.
Today, Horizon Zero Dawn developer Guerrilla Games rolled out another patch, version 1.03. This update targets persistent bugs that led to game crashes and finally enables snow deformation, which wasn't working before.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe 1.03 patch also addresses a GPU memory leak. Previously, some textures and 3D models weren't properly offloading from VRAM, leading to severe memory shortages.
It seems Guerrilla Games doesn't have much work left to get the game running properly. It's highly probable that Horizon Zero Dawn will finally hit its stride after just one or two more patches.
