Overclocker Matt26LFC pushed an Intel Core i7-3770K to 6404MHz, securing gold in the Geekbench3 - Single Core CPU category with 5867 points.
Yesterday, British overclocker Matt26LFC made headlines in Intel Core i7-3770K overclocking and benchmarking. Armed with an LN2 pot, the enthusiast pushed the chip to 6404MHz, securing first place in the Geekbench3 - Single Core discipline. Unfortunately, this was only in the CPU-specific model category:
