Gigabyte, HIS, and ASUS have revealed their custom Radeon RX 5700 graphics cards. We'll take a closer look at the HIS Radeon RX 5700 IceQ X2, ASUS ROG STRIX, Dual EVO, and Gigabyte Gaming OC.
Just a couple of days ago, a few small images of HIS RX 5700 graphics cards surfaced. From those, we speculated they might share similarities with Sapphire's previous-generation designs.
Well, that turned out not to be entirely true. Meet the HIS Radeon RX 5700 IceQ X2:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИTwo fans, likely 100mm, handle the cooler's dissipation. The PCB itself is considerably smaller than the overall card's dimensions, with the cooler and shroud extending beyond it – an uncommon design choice for modern solutions. In our opinion, HIS opted for a straightforward design. The only notable feature is the perforated backplate. If it contacts the PCB near the logo, it should benefit and somewhat improve VRM cooling.
The XT version will cost $500, while the standard model is $400.
Moving on to ASUS, which has also announced a release – this time, a pair of graphics cards. The first is the ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX 5700 XT:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИAccording to ASUS, the new design boasts lower noise levels and reduced GPU temperatures compared to reference cards.

⤢ ВІДКРИТИBased on ASUS's informational brochure, the PCB is massive. GPU power delivery utilizes an 11+3 phase design, and the card itself takes up almost three expansion slots. You'll need a PSU with two 8-pin connectors to power the card.
GPU clocks will be 1840 MHz base, 1965 MHz in gaming mode, and 2035 MHz for maximum boost.
The US dollar price for the ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon RX 5700 XT is currently unknown, but it's priced at £499.99 in the UK.
The second is the ASUS Radeon RX 5700 XT Dual EVO:
There's barely any information available about this graphics card, but its price in pounds is known at £428.99.
Finally, Gigabyte presents its Radeon RX 5700 XT Gaming OC:
This is a classic Gigabyte design with its Windforce X3 cooling system. The graphics card occupies 2.5 expansion slots and is cooled by three 82mm fans (hopefully an improvement over previous generations). Power is delivered to the PCB via 6-pin and 8-pin connectors from the PSU.
The card's clock speeds are unknown for now. It will cost $419.99.
