Xiaomi has started rolling out Android 10 to five of its phones in China, including the Redmi Note 8 Pro and Mi Mix 3. Stable versions are expected by the end of Q1 2020.
Late last year, Xiaomi updated nearly all of its current smartphone models to the latest MIUI 11 interface. However, not all of these devices received the latest Android 10 operating system along with it.
Nevertheless, reliable sources now indicate that Xiaomi has started rolling out Android 10 to several more of its smartphones, but only in China for now.
The list of early updates includes the following devices: Redmi Note 8 Pro, Redmi Note 7, Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, and Xiaomi Mi 8 SE.
Currently, only beta versions of the firmware are being distributed, but Xiaomi assures that all the aforementioned devices will receive a stable Android 10 build by the end of the first quarter of 2020.
It was also revealed that all of the company's smartphones released in 2019 are guaranteed to receive Android 10.
