Deep Silver announced that Dead Island 2, Saints Row 5, Metro, and TimeSplitters won't be shown at E3 2021, disappointing fans.

While no one really expected news about the Metro series (Exodus came out relatively recently) or a potentially in-development TimeSplitters game, the absence of virtual panels for Dead Island 2 and Saints Row 5 came as a serious disappointment for many gamers.
Given that Koch Media CEO Klemens Kundratitz stated back in 2019 that Saints Row fans could expect more news about the next installment in 2020, the publisher's current stance has left many confused and raising numerous questions.
We can only hope that by the end of 2021, some information about the rumored Saints Row 5 will finally emerge, allowing fans of the chaotic franchise to breathe a sigh of relief.
