
CD PROJEKT RED has released patch 1.3 for Cyberpunk 2077, packed with free DLC, numerous quest fixes, balance adjustments, and gameplay enhancements.
CD PROJEKT RED has unveiled the complete list of fixes and improvements for the upcoming major Cyberpunk 2077 update, version 1.3.
The changelog is so extensive that it's impossible to highlight anything specific. Patch 1.3 addresses the vast majority of issues with main and side quests, and also introduces some additional content, like an alternative appearance for Johnny Silverhand and new jackets for V.
It's worth noting that this update doesn't include the highly anticipated AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution technology.
Also, the release date for Cyberpunk 2077's Patch 1.3 remains unknown right now. We'll announce the upcoming update's launch separately on its release day.
Please note that not all players experienced the errors listed below.
Additional content
The list of free additional content has been added to the main menu's 'Additional Content' section.
Alternative Johnny Silverhand appearance — can be enabled in the 'Additional Content' tab of the settings.
New V jackets — the Multilayered Syn-Leather Deltajock Jacket and Luminescent Punk Jacket will be available in V's apartment stash after completing the “The Ripperdoc” quest and receiving a message from Viktor. These items will initially be Rare/Iconic. Crafting specs for higher quality versions will be available immediately.
Archer Quartz “Bandit” — this car will be a reward or available for purchase after you complete the “Ghost Town” quest and receive a message from Dakota or Rogue. If the message doesn't arrive, move further away from Dakota's workshop while in the Badlands. Keep in mind that several days may need to pass after completing the quest.
Improvements
Improved minimap scaling during driving, which should help with navigation while on the move.
Sky and Angel's portraits in the “Automatic Love” quest now display for much longer, simplifying the choice between them.
Added the ability to redistribute perk points on the character's skill tree.
The number of autosave slots has been increased from 10 to 20 on all platforms, and quicksave slots from 3 to 10.
Database links have been added to journal entries.
Added an option to place a dot in the center of the screen, which should help reduce or stop motion sickness. To enable, go to Settings → Interface → Center Screen Dot.
Fixers will now send V fewer texts offering to sell vehicles.
Improved screen space reflections quality, which should reduce graininess on consoles and PCs with low graphics settings.
Task item filtering has been added to the inventory.
The 'Quest Item' tag will now disappear from items after completing their respective quests, allowing players to sell or discard them.
V's model can now be rotated with the mouse while viewing equipment.
Players can now craft a blueprint again, even if they previously got rid of it after crafting.
Added the ability to compare cyberware.
Improved the notification that appears when buying cyberware that V can't install due to high requirements.
Multiple components can now be upgraded at once.
New spots where Nibbles can sleep have been added to V's apartment.
The icon on the body disposal container now turns red when V picks up a body.
The mine icon will now turn gray after disarming it.
Added the ability to ride elevators while carrying a body.
Barry from the “I Fought The Law” quest has a new, more noticeable appearance.
A base item will now be highlighted in green, like components, if it's in the inventory while crafting a higher quality version of the same item.
Balance changes
Enemy detection time now scales with game difficulty. Foes on low and medium difficulty levels will now detect the player more slowly, while those on the highest difficulty will spot you faster.
Enemies on the highest difficulty level (and only on this level) will now be more aggressive during searches when in an alerted state.
Police will no longer pursue V for kills made during short, fixed open-world events.
Police will now issue an arrest warrant if V uses non-lethal weapons against a character.
Damage severity to crowd characters during shootouts has been adjusted, now depending on distance and the weapon used.
Adam Smasher's combat behavior has been improved during the Night City Legend mission.
Oda's combat behavior has been improved during the Audience mission.
Placide's combat behavior has been improved during the The Human Factor mission.
Placide's resistance to hacking has been increased during The Human Factor mission.
Improved Cyberpsycho combat behavior during the Cyberpsycho Sighting: Letter of the Law mission.
Improved Red Menace's positioning and shooting accuracy during the How to Get a Star From the Sky mission.
Jackie's iconic pistols, "La Chingona Dorada," have had their stats improved.
The amount of available ammo at the start of the Last Call mission has been increased.
Minor fixes have been made to the "Contagion" quickhack's mechanics, and its balance has been improved.
The item crafting system has been reworked. Items without a fixed quality now become better as the "Crafting" skill develops. It's no longer possible to randomly craft a high-quality item without the appropriate "Crafting" skill level.
Level requirements now increase with each item upgrade. As a result of this fix, the level of upgraded items will change. Items currently equipped that now require a higher level can still be used, but they will become unusable once removed from your inventory.
Added additional documentation for implant modifications.
Added knife documentation (available from the start of the game).
The number of components required to craft certain items, such as Bounce, MaxDoc, quickhacks, clothing mods, and some weapons, has been changed.

The "Optical Camo" implant can now be purchased from ripperdocs.

Kerry's guitar, obtainable by completing the Psychofan gig, has had its price and quality adjusted.
Gameplay
Fixed an issue where crafting specs were only available in clothing stores during the first conversation with a vendor.
Fixed an issue where weapons and quick-access items became unusable after arriving at the Nomads' camp.
Fixed an issue where the Everything's Scripted achievement couldn't be earned by hacking a neutral target.
The tutorial tooltip explaining skill checks will no longer appear if the character lacks access rights to devices.
V will no longer look down after fast traveling.
While these changes apply to all platforms, most will have a more significant impact on last-generation and lower-performance systems.
Interface
The Delamain call window no longer persists on screen if V exits the vehicle too quickly after finishing the quest Reintegration: The Badlands.
Windows displaying lengthy item descriptions no longer vanish.
Fixed typos in subtitles, as well as in descriptions for chips, quests, and weapons.
V now receives a message after exiting a Delamain taxi if the 'Reintegration: North Oak' quest fails.
The fast travel terminal near V's apartment has reverted to its original name, 'Megatower H10'.
Items marked 'No' and lacking an icon have been removed from the inventory.
The pop-up window for inventory items with multiple modifications now correctly displays all their parameters.
Fixed an issue during the 'Practice Makes Perfect' quest where, when playing in Brazilian Portuguese, Polish phrases appeared instead of the correct male dialogue options.
The 'Black Market Battery' mod description now correctly shows the item's stats.

Fixed an issue with interrupted calls that could prevent calls from Takemura from coming through.

Fixed an issue where an invisible wall could block your exit from Clouds.
Fixed an issue where Evelyn wouldn't disappear from Judy's workshop after the quest Cherchez la Femme, creating an invisible wall that prevented you from talking to Judy.
Fixed an issue where killing VIP guards in a specific order would remove the objective from your journal, making it impossible to complete the quest.
You can no longer get locked in Clouds if you entered the club through a method other than the administrator's desk.
Blood and bone
Fixed an issue that prevented quest completion because Fred wouldn't call about the final fight if the player escaped too quickly after defeating Moose. Players who were rude enough to do so can now complete the quest.
Arroyo. You can now collect money from Buck after defeating him.
Kabuki. In some cases, the twins (also known as the 'split-minded guy') refused to fight after V's second victory. They'll now be able to revel in their advantage until V wins.
Number one
The 'Tyger Claws' no longer engage each other in combat.
The quest now fails if V drives into the water.
Old drama
Fixed an issue where the quest objective sometimes wouldn't update after arriving at the 'Silver Pixel' with Bestia.
The big bang theory
The quest no longer fails if V fast-travels back to the city after refusing to drive with Kerry.

You can no longer interact with Judy's mirror while Johnny is leaning against it.
Resuscitation
Fixed an issue that prevented players from entering Delamain's core if they entered and immediately exited the room.

Fixed a bug where the 'Follow Dum-Dum' objective wouldn't update if Dum-Dum died before reaching the boss.

Fixed an issue where multiple fixers would call V simultaneously, potentially preventing the completion of various gigs (such as No empathy; Fixer, mercenary, soldier, spy and others). We are still working on fixing visual issues related to gigs stuck in the journal; these do not prevent earning achievements for completing gigs in districts.
Removed duplicate items that could be looted from the corpse on the Ferris wheel.
Fixed an issue where the Quadra Type-66 could appear broken before purchase, preventing the 'Buy vehicle' objective from updating and potentially blocking the 'Autojock' achievement.
Fixed an issue where hostile characters engaged in a shootout in Wellsprings would only become vulnerable once the player approached them closely.
