Crysis Remastered Trilogy won't feature native versions for current-gen consoles. Only the PC versions will include all visual enhancements, like ray tracing.
A few days ago, Digital Foundry interviewed Crytek representatives, revealing that the developers aren't planning native Crysis 2 and Crysis 3 versions for current-gen consoles. While the remasters will play on Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 through backward compatibility, the PS5 will be limited to 60 FPS and 1440p resolution. The Xbox Series X, on the other hand, will offer a higher resolution, but Crytek didn't provide specific details.

Crytek also hasn't enhanced the remasters for consoles. This means Crysis 2 and 3 won't get improved shaders or ray tracing on those platforms.
The only concrete improvements are higher-resolution textures and new global illumination.
PC players, however, will get the full suite of visual improvements in the Crysis 2 and 3 remasters, including ray tracing.
It seems console players really aren't getting what they expected this time. The Crysis Remastered Trilogy is definitely best experienced on PC.
The Crysis Remastered Trilogy launches this fall on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and Switch. You can buy the games as a bundle for $60, or individually. Unfortunately, there's no pricing information for individual titles yet, but we can speculate that each Crysis game won't exceed $30.
