ASUS has unveiled its all-white ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3090, RTX 3080, and RTX 3070 graphics cards, with sales expected to kick off in early 2021.
A few days ago, we reported on Zotac's white GeForce RTX 3070 Twin Edge White Edition graphics card. Likely responding to its competitor's move, Taiwan's ASUS decided not to wait around, unveiling three snow-white versions of the GeForce RTX 3090, RTX 3080, and RTX 3070:
All of these cards carry the "ROG STRIX White" moniker and look practically identical, aside from their GPUs and PCBs. They feature a massive snow-white shroud with three 100mm fans, a matching white backplate, and a three-slot design. However, as you can probably tell from the renders, they don't have white PCBs, which is something ASUS and Zotac's offerings have in common.
Below are the expected clock speeds and pricing for the upcoming ASUS cards:
Graphics card | Max clock | Estimated price |
|---|---|---|
1890 MHz | 15,290 DKK / $2,475 | |
ROG-STRIX-RTX3090-24G-GAMING-WHITE | 1725 MHz | 14,999 DKK / $2,437 |
1935 MHz
8,090 DKK / $1,310 |
ROG-STRIX-RTX3080-10G-GAMING-WHITE | 1740 MHz | 7,990 DKK / $1,293 |
1935 MHz | 5,990 DKK / $970 |
ROG-STRIX-RTX3070-8G-GAMING-WHITE | 1755 MHz | 5,890 DKK / $953 |
There is no exact release date yet, but our sources claim the GeForce RTX 3090, RTX 3080, and RTX 3070 ROG STRIX White will hit store shelves in early 2021.
