Leaked details for AMD's Raphael (Zen 4, AM5) reveal up to 16 5nm cores and integrated NAVI2 graphics. Don't expect a launch before H2 2022.

Insider ExecutableFix has published a render of AMD's Zen4 'Raphael' processor for the AM5 LGA1718 socket. These new CPUs are expected to feature 28 PCIe 4.0 lanes and TDPs of 120/170W.

AM5 is set to adopt an LGA socket with 1718 pins. This means AMD desktop CPUs will ditch their pins for the first time, bringing DDR5 memory and 600-series chipset support.
