A video showing the Windows 11 Pro interface has leaked, highlighting centered taskbar icons, rounded window corners, and new widgets. Microsoft's official reveal is scheduled for June 24.
Tom Warren, The Verge's editor-in-chief, posted a short video on his Twitter account demonstrating the unannounced Windows 11 PRO operating system, build 21996.1.
Based on the leak, Windows 11's primary change will be another visual redesign. Taskbar icons, including the Start button, will shift from their traditional left-aligned position to the center, somewhat mimicking Apple's macOS. The new user interface also deviates from the current one with rounded corners, updated icons, and the return of 'widgets' (hello, Windows 7).

Notably, the new Windows 11 interface bears a striking resemblance to the now-canceled Windows 10X, an operating system designed for devices with relatively low performance and power consumption. Microsoft likely intended to integrate Windows 10X into the broader Windows 11 ecosystem.
