Devil May Cry 5 developers seem to be preparing DLC despite previous denials. New content might be revealed at Gamescom 2019.
Devil May Cry 5 developers long dismissed the idea of post-launch DLC. Now, it looks like something might actually be on the way.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИDuring a recent anime festival in Orlando, Capcom presented some mysterious footage. Reuben Langdon, the voice of Dante in DMC 5, asked attendees not to record it on their phones. Meanwhile, Dan Southworth, Vergil's voice actor, stated that Capcom would officially show the same footage at a later date.
It's highly improbable this is a new game in the series, as it's far too early for that. Instead, it seems we're being teased with new content. Gamescom 2019 takes place in Cologne from August 20-24, and it's possible Capcom will reveal new DMC 5 content there.
