Many 30fps PS3 games now run at 60Hz+ (up to 120Hz) thanks to a new RPCS3 emulator update. Get the details and a list of projects here.
Starting with RPCS3 version 0.0.9-9995-017ef5a9 Alpha, the PlayStation 3 emulator now supports modifying the "VBlank" parameter up to 120Hz or higher, even for games originally designed to run at a stable 30Hz.
This means games previously hard-locked to 30 frames per second can now run at 60fps, or even 120fps in titles like Skate 3.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИHere's a list of games compatible with VBlank 60Hz+:
Skate 3 - previously capped at 60fps, now runs at 120fps+
Uncharted: Drake's Fortune - previously locked at 30fps
Asura's Wrath - previously locked at 30fps
wipEout HD - previously locked at 30fps
ModNation Racers - previously locked at 30fps
Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch - previously locked at 30fps
Silent Hill Downpour - previously locked at 30fps
Yakuza Ishin! - previously locked at 30fps
Heavenly Sword - previously locked at 30fps
It's important to note that the "VBlank" parameter alone won't boost your frame rate if your hardware isn't powerful enough to run a given game above 30fps. For instance, the video below was recorded using these configurations:
Core i7-8700K@5000MHz - Yakuza Ishin. DD by user MsLow
Core i5-6600 - Silent Hill Downpour, Asura's Wrath, Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom by user Yahfz
Core i9-9900KS - Uncharted by user Aphelion
Core i7-8700K@4900MHz - Skate 3, wipEout HD, Heavenly Sword by user Asinine
Ryzen 7 3700X - ModNation Racers and Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch

It's also worth remembering that RPCS3's previous stable release brought significant performance improvements to several projects. So if your PC struggled with emulating your favorite game before, now might be a good time to give it another try.
