While the game might appear 'playable' at a glance, some significant issues currently prevent us from calling it truly stable. We'll keep you updated on MGS4's progress.
First, MGS4 can be finicky. Some users have reported various bugs with v1 or v2 updates, so if you run into problems, try updating or downgrading your game version.
The game also suffers from fairly low performance on most systems. Some users might need to switch to the "SPU ASMJIT Recompiler" setting instead of "SPU LLVM" for better stability.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИHowever, ASMJIT currently breaks audio, so we recommend sticking with SPU LLVM if it's stable for you. There's also an issue where you can sometimes fall through the ground. Finally, it appears some sections of the game simply don't work, but we can't fully confirm that yet.
