Radi sets world record among six-core CPUs with Core i7-8700K

French overclocker Radi has claimed the top spot among all six-core processors, simultaneously setting a new record for the Core i7-8700K chip. This achievement comes in the Cinebench R15 benchmark:

An exceptionally binned Core i7-8700K was cooled by liquid nitrogen, paired with a top-tier ASUS ROG Maximus XI Apex motherboard. This potent combination allowed the overclocker to push the CPU to an impressive 6935 MHz, resulting in a benchmark score of 2360 points:

Beyond the motherboard and CPU, Radi also leveraged popular and high-quality G.Skill OC World Cup 2019 RAM, configured as two 8GB sticks.
