CD Projekt RED has released Patch 4.01 for The Witcher 3 Next-Gen Update, which fixes reflections and introduces a new RT performance mode.
CD Projekt RED has released a planned update, version 4.01, for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Next-Gen Update. The latest patch fixes screen space reflections and introduces a new ray tracing mode designed to boost performance.
Fixed an issue where screen space reflections on PC weren't working despite being enabled. Players who previously had this setting on high may notice a change in performance. Added a new performance mode for ray-traced global illumination, available to players with compatible hardware. This mode boosts framerates by prioritizing performance over range and accuracy.
