NZXT, a leading manufacturer of PC cases and cooling systems, has announced the N7 B550, its first AM4 motherboard for AMD processors.

NZXT is expanding its N7 motherboard lineup to bring its signature, cohesive design to more gamers in the familiar ATX form factor. The N7 B550 features an optimized port layout, supports the latest technologies like PCIe 4.0 and Wi-Fi 6E, and gives PC builders the tools they need for a sleek, modern build.

Key features of the N7 B550:

• AMD B550 chipset;

• Support for AMD Ryzen 5000, 4000, and 3000 series processors;

• PCIe 4.0 support;

• 12+2 DrMOS power phase design (12 phases for the CPU and 2 for the integrated graphics) on a 6-layer PCB;

• Intel Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity;

• Dual M.2 slots for storage;

• Memory speeds up to 4733 MHz and XMP support;

• High-quality 8-channel audio;

• Metal I/O shield designed to match NZXT H-series cases.

The N7 B550 is priced at $229.99. However, it's currently only available in the US, with no word yet on when it will hit local stores.
