MSI is launching a unique Godzilla-inspired GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA graphics card. This LHR model is exclusive to the Japanese market but might pop up on AliExpress.
MSI (Micro-Star International) is launching a unique GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA graphics card. The Taiwanese vendor has always had a soft spot for dragons—an MSI logo even features one—so a design styled after the legendary Japanese kaiju Godzilla has been a long time coming.
The SUPRIM x GODZILLA's design shares some similarities with MSI's older NVIDIA GTX 1000 series cards. It features a black and amaranth color scheme, with a partially perforated aluminum backplate. A massive heatsink paired with MSI's triple-fan solution handles cooling for the adapter.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe MSI GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA model uses the latest revision of the RTX 3070 GPU, which includes Lite Hash Rate (LHR) technology to reduce mining performance for certain cryptocurrencies.
The GPU operates at up to 1785 MHz in Extreme Performance mode, which users can enable via MSI's Dragon Center software. By default, however, the chip's clock speed is 1770 MHz.
The MSI GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA graphics adapter boasts an entirely custom design. It draws power from two 8-pin connectors and has a TDP of 240W.
While we don't have an exact release date for the new card, it's confirmed that the SUPRIM x GODZILLA series will only hit the Japanese market and won't be sold in CIS countries. However, as we've mentioned before, for region-exclusive products, good old AliExpress often comes to the rescue. It's highly probable that the MSI GeForce RTX 3070 SUPRIM SE x GODZILLA will appear on the popular Chinese marketplace shortly after its release, making it available for order without any hassle.
