A list of 26 GIGABYTE motherboards based on AMD B550 and Intel Z490/W480 chipsets, which have passed EEC certification and are preparing for release, has been leaked.
According to information obtained by our colleagues at VideoCardz, 26 GIGABYTE motherboard models have been assessed by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Notably, 11 of these spotted boards are based on the yet-to-be-released AMD B550 chipset:

B550M GAMING
B550M DS3H
B550M H
B550M S2H
Current information suggests the B550 chipset will bring PCIe 4.0 support to the mainstream segment, with motherboards based on it selling at a significantly lower price than X570 boards.
The fact that these devices have already cleared EEC certification points to a fairly rapid release. We likely won't have to wait long for AMD B550 motherboards; AMD's partners will probably unleash dozens of unique solutions early this spring.
Even more interesting, the remaining 15 motherboard models belong to Intel's newest LGA 1200 platform and are based on Intel Z490 and W480 chipsets:

All 15 of the aforementioned LGA 1200-compatible boards, based on the Z490 and W480 chipsets, are expected to hit shelves this spring alongside Intel's Comet Lake processors.
