Overclocker der8auer tears down and overclocks the exclusive RTX 2080 Ti Cyberpunk 2077 edition. It's just a design variant, so expect inflated prices. Cyberpunk 2077 is still set for September 2020.
German overclocker and YouTuber der8auer just dropped a video on his channel unboxing, disassembling, and overclocking NVIDIA's unique GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Cyberpunk 2077 Edition graphics card.

In his review, der8auer notes that while the exclusive card sports a high-quality finish and a bright, distinctive design, it's otherwise just a standard GeForce RTX 2080 Ti in every other aspect — from its PCB layout to its GPU and memory clocks.
If NVIDIA and CD Projekt have started shipping these promotional cards, expect them to pop up on eBay soon. We want to warn potential buyers: this is purely a collector's item. Aside from its Cyberpunk 2077-themed design, it's functionally identical to a standard GeForce RTX 2080 Ti FE. Unless you're a serious collector, avoid buying it. These cards will likely command prices two or even three times higher than a regular RTX 2080 Ti.
Now, a few words about Cyberpunk 2077:
From what we can gather from CD Projekt's statements, the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 is still set for a September 2020 release. The developer insists the project won't face another delay, even amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we'd advise taking those assurances with a grain of salt. Currently, most CD Projekt employees are working remotely, and it's unclear how that shift will impact the final product's readiness.
