After a full four-month break, French enthusiast The Silver is back to experimenting with the AMD Phenom II X2 560 BE processor. Both last time and this time, the overclocker made his mark in virtually the same disciplines.
⤢ ВІДКРИТИLet's start with first place in wPrime - 1024m. The Silver managed to set a record for both the Phenom II X2 560 BE chip's model category and the overall 3-core category:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe processor frequency was 6730MHz, achieving a result of 3 minutes, 48 seconds, 265 milliseconds:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИNext up is the relatively unpopular discipline Geekbench3 - Multi Core. In this one, just like in wPrime, the enthusiast grabbed two more gold medals:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИHere, the CPU frequency dropped by 10MHz to 6720MHz, yielding a score of 10111 points:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИAnd The Silver's final two achievements came in the Cinebench - R15 discipline:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe processor clocked in at 6630MHz, scoring 523 points in the benchmark:
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe overclocker's test bench included the following components:
Processor - AMD Phenom II X2 560 BE
Motherboard - ASUS ROG Crosshair IV Formula
RAM - Kingstone HyperX 2GB (model not discernible from photo)
⤢ ВІДКРИТИThe Silver didn't specify the rest of the hardware, and unfortunately, the provided photos didn't offer any additional details.
