AMD's sub-flagship Ryzen 9 5900X CPU helped Korean overclocker safedisk earn two gold medals in the popular Cinebench R20 benchmark. The enthusiast not only topped the leaderboard for this specific CPU model but also set a new record in the overall 12-core ranking.
Safedisk used a proprietary ASUS liquid nitrogen pot for cooling. This allowed the enthusiast to boost the Ryzen 9 5900X chip's frequency to an impressive 6075 MHz, successfully completing the Cinebench R20 benchmark with a score of 11971 points:
