Clearly, games released early in the PS4's lifecycle won't receive dedicated PS5 patches. Instead, we're likely looking at frame rate boosts (from 30fps on PS4 to 60+ on PS5) and increased resolution (up to 4K on PS5).
With the PlayStation 5 powered by an 8-core AMD Zen 2 chip, we can expect significant frame rate increases in the vast majority of PS4 exclusives (and likely multi-platform titles as well).
Titles that could see performance improvements include Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. Bloodborne also falls into this category, as its notoriously low performance stems from the PS4's integrated CPU.
