Indonesian overclocker Mahameru pushed a Core i9-12900K to 7319 MHz, securing the top spot in SuperPi - 32M (model rank) and 5th place globally.
Indonesian overclocker Mahameru has reached the top of the Intel Core i9-12900K leaderboard in the SuperPi - 32M discipline. This impressive feat earned him 5th place in the global rankings, placing him seemingly close to the undisputed leader, Splave. However, that's just a surface-level view. In truth, a substantial gap still separates the Indonesian from the American, and Mahameru will need to work incredibly hard to match Splave's achievements.

⤢ ВІДКРИТИTo achieve this impressive result, the overclocker used a top-tier GIGABYTE Z690 Aorus Tachyon motherboard, GIGABYTE AORUS RGB RAM, and liquid nitrogen. However, the CPU's final frequency settled at 7319 MHz, representing a 128.72% increase over its nominal clock.
While 7319 MHz is by no means a weak clock speed, it wasn't enough for Mahameru to crack the top three in the SuperPi - 32M discipline's global rankings.
