A14 Bionic (Geekbench 5):
Single-core performance - 1596
Multi-core performance - 4027
Snapdragon 865 Plus (Geekbench 5):
Single-core performance - 883
Multi-core performance - 2179
The benchmarks show that Apple's A14 Bionic is almost twice as fast as the Snapdragon 865 Plus inside the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
To be fair, the Snapdragon 865 Plus performs significantly better in other devices than it does in the Galaxy Z Fold 2. But even then, Qualcomm's chip doesn't come close to the A14 Bionic. In fact, early leaks suggest its successor, the Snapdragon 875, won't close the gap either, with rumors claiming Qualcomm's next flagship can't even beat the older A13 Bionic.
