The launch of the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed once again. The game is now scheduled to release on December 10, 2020.
Over the past month, we've repeatedly written that the highly anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 wouldn't see any more delays, that the game had gone gold, and that the developers promised they were strictly on track...
Well, here we go again: Cyberpunk 2077 won't launch on November 19. The game has been delayed yet again, this time to December 10, 2020. The official announcement was posted on CDPR's Twitter account just an hour ago:

We have some important news for you. "Today, we've decided to push the release date of Cyberpunk 2077 back by 21 days. The new release date is December 10. You're likely feeling a mix of emotions and have plenty of questions right now, so first and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies..."
And indeed, as the tweet says, gamers have plenty of questions. For starters, one obvious question stands out: why release the news about the game going gold, if it wasn't actually ready at the time?
We can only hope the developers make good use of this extra time to fully polish the game. Otherwise, imagine what will happen to the review scores if the game launches on December 10 (fingers crossed it actually happens then) riddled with bugs, crashes, and other technical issues.
