Overclocker Splave has set two new world records for 12-core CPUs, pushing an AMD Ryzen 9 3900 to 5575 MHz with liquid nitrogen.
American overclocker Splave has set two new records in the AMD Ryzen 9 3900 processor category, and, even more impressively, two global records among all 12-core CPUs.
Splave achieved his first world record in the popular Cinebench R15 benchmark. He pushed the processor to 5525 MHz using liquid nitrogen for this feat:

Splave's test bench consisted of the following components:
Motherboard - ASRock X570 Aqua
RAM - two 8GB Team Group A2 BDIE (TEAMGROUP-UD4-4800) modules
Power supply - Enermax Maxtytan 1250W
Thermal paste - Grizzly Kryo LHE
